Summary
Lead and manage indirect procurement activities for the organization, supporting strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, risk assessment, and procurement tool usage. Partner with internal stakeholders and regional and global procurement teams to implement strategy, drive cost reduction, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect goods and services aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead sourcing projects and collaborate with business partners to meet category needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive cost reduction and total cost of ownership improvements
- Manage supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and contract lifecycle
- Implement and maintain procurement processes, tools, and reporting for regional compliance
- Identify and mitigate supply risks and develop business continuity plans
- Establish KPIs and monitor supplier adherence to service level agreements
- Collaborate with Finance Legal and Operations to align procurement activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of strategic indirect procurement experience
- 3-5 years advanced experience with procurement tools such as Coupa
- CIPS qualification
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing contract management and procurement policy
- Proven negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to analyze spend data and identify opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to sustainability and ability to drive related initiatives
