Inside Upholstery Associate

Summary

The Inside Upholstery Associate helps manufacture high-quality furniture by applying padding and fabric or leather to frames. The role follows product specifications and ensures each piece meets the required style and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport frames to the workstation and position them on tables, lifts, or bucks.
• Apply padding and materials using staple guns, glue, and other methods.
• Apply fabric or leather to frames according to style and quality specifications.
• Use hand tools, correct mistakes, and apply webbing, springs, or trim as needed.
• Inspect or label products and complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
