Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive welcoming environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends products and brand training
Requirements
- Passion for customer service beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking organization and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending twisting and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
