Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Create welcoming and inclusive customer experiences and build customer followings
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service
- Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy and respect
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
