Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and educate customers on routines and trends
- Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect

- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
