Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts and build customer loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
