Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products to maximize sales
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges while building customer loyalty and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge via training from Nordstrom and brand partners
Requirements
