Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products to meet sales targets
- Book appointments and drive attendance for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools and social media to engage customers and support sales
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service skills with ability to connect and handle concerns
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and aptitude for using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
