Summary

Provide soothing spa experiences through professional massage services at Spa Nordstrom in South Coast Plaza. Deliver treatments tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports and prenatal massage. Build and maintain client relationships while recommending products and services to support ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, conduct thorough consultations, and determine individualized treatment plans
• Perform professional massage services such as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports and prenatal
• Offer additional services including foot soaks and refreshments during treatments
• Recommend retail products and drive service-related sales through product knowledge
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships, schedule future services, and invite them to events

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive massage therapy techniques; previous spa experience preferred
• Proof of all required state licensing for massage therapy
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers
• Comfort and confidence working in a commission environment and supporting sales goals
