Interim Store Manager - Cabazon Outlet Boutique

Summary

Interim Store Manager (contract) to lead the Cabazon Outlet Boutique for a 6+ month assignment, responsible for driving sales, developing the boutique team, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires proven luxury retail leadership, a focus on clienteling and KPI-driven performance, and hands-on oversight of store operations and visual standards. Base salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the boutique team to deliver a couture client experience and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute store strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Recruit, evaluate, and develop store talent in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage CRM activities, clienteling, and local events to grow and retain the client base.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash handling, shipping/receiving, and audits.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, and Visual Merchandising to optimize product mix and displays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
• Luxury department store management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and developing teams.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of store KPIs and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in store sales and operations systems and CRM tools.
