Job Description

Summary

Responsible for training new hires transfers cross training and retraining employees in the Northern Cal Distribution Center on second shift ensuring they have up to date tools and receive timely feedback while building rapport and supporting performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Train new hires transfers and cross train employees on warehouse processes
  • Monitor and document employee progress during training
  • Maintain and ensure training tools are up to date
  • Provide timely feedback to department manager on performance
  • Build rapport and support new hires especially during first two weeks
  • Demonstrate reliability and adherence to safety standards
  • Deliver difficult training related feedback sensitively

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience within Supply Chain
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly with new hires
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups
  • Proven communication skills
  • Ability to provide sensitive training related feedback
  • Department specific or prior training experience preferred
