Interior Design Assistant

Summary

Support RH Interior Design by assisting in all phases of the design process to deliver luxury experiences for clients. Collaborate with designers on consultations, site visits, presentations and deliveries while maintaining brand standards and professionalism. Contribute creative input, product expertise and client communication to help realize functional and beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist with consultations, site visits and design development
• Produce brand appropriate presentations and communicate design concepts
• Support product selection and space planning activities
• Provide elevated client service and qualify potential design clientele
• Represent the RH lifestyle through polished communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Assist with deliveries, installations and project logistics

Requirements

• Art, Architecture or Interior Design education preferred
• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture retail preferred
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on installation experience and hand rendering skills preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally or out of state
