Interior Design Assistant

Summary

Support RH Interior Design by assisting in all phases of the design process and delivering a luxury client experience. Work collaboratively on consultations, site visits, design development, presentations and delivery while representing the RH lifestyle with polished communication and professionalism. Provide product expertise, prepare brand appropriate presentations, and help maintain gallery visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with consultations, site visits and client meetings
• Support design development and create presentations communicating design concepts and space planning
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service
• Help with delivery and installation support for interior projects
• Maintain visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Represent the brand through professional appearance and communication
• Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered
• Collaborate with the Interior Design team and gallery staff

Requirements

• Art, Architecture or Interior Design education preferred
• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong artistic skills including hand rendering and sketching preferred
• Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
• People and relationship driven with collaborative mindset
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally or out of state
