Interior Design Assistant

Summary

Support RH Interior Design by assisting across all phases of design projects, delivering luxury client experiences and representing the RH lifestyle through polished communication and presentation. Work collaboratively with designers to produce space plans, presentations and product selections for residential and commercial projects. Provide client support during consultations, site visits, installations and deliveries while maintaining gallery visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client consultations and qualify potential design clientele
• Support site visits, design development, presentations and delivery coordination
• Produce brand appropriate presentations communicating concepts and space planning
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service
• Support visual merchandising and gallery quality standards
• Participate in installations and assist with mobilizing items during delivery
• Maintain polished professional appearance and client communications
• Collaborate with team members to advance project timelines and outcomes

Requirements

• Art, Architecture or Interior Design education preferred
• Experience with a design firm or high-end furniture luxury retail preferred
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong artistic skills including hand rendering and sketching preferred
• Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift up to 25 lbs
