Interior Design Assistant

Summary

The Interior Design Assistant supports key phases of design projects in partnership with the interior design team. This role helps deliver luxury design services, develop client relationships, and create functional, personalized spaces.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and educate prospective design clients about available services.
• Support consultations, site visits, design development, presentations, and delivery.
• Create presentations that communicate design concepts, space plans, and product selections.
• Provide product expertise and elevated client service.
• Maintain gallery visual and quality standards while representing the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Education in art, architecture, or interior design preferred.
• Experience at a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred.
• Interior installation experience preferred.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MacOS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, space-planning, rendering, hand-rendering, and sketching skills preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift or mobilize items up to 25 pounds.
