Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, partnering with RH Interior Design, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Act as a brand representative with professionalism and a passion for design while growing and maintaining a client base and achieving fiscal goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and support sales goals
- Represent the RH lifestyle through communication and personal appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
- Maintain interest in the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative, and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
