Interior Design Consultant - Aventura

Summary

Provide luxury service in the RH Gallery by assessing walk in clientele needs, partnering with RH Interior Design, and managing the client experience from first contact through product delivery. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle and supporting gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base to achieve fiscal goals
• Represent the brand through professional communication and personal appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and team members to meet client needs

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design education and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
