Interior Design Consultant - Aventura

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Aventura Gallery by assessing needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver tailored spaces. Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while growing and maintaining a strong client base. Act as a knowledgeable ambassador of luxury home furnishings and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
• Grow and maintain a client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong organizational and strategic skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, prolonged standing and physical activity; licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
