Interior Design Consultant - Denver Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design and support gallery standards while growing and maintaining a strong client base. Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and expectations
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Educational background in art, architecture or interior design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
• Proficiency with Mac operating system, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
