Summary
Provide luxury service and design expertise to walk in clientele at the gallery, partnering with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and exceed expectations. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle through professional presentation and elevated service. Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery and support gallery visual and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team to meet client needs
- Represent the RH brand through communication personal appearance and professionalism
- Support and maintain visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Maneuver on the gallery floor stock room and office and assist with product handling up to 25 lbs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or background in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs and perform physical gallery duties
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
