Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Gallery by assessing design needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Achieve fiscal and sales goals
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support visual merchandising and quality standards within the Gallery
- Maneuver on the Gallery floor and assist with product mobilization
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical activity
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
