Interior Design Consultant - Melrose Gallery

Summary

Provides luxury client service at the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, recommending furnishings, and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs. Owns the client experience from initial contact through product delivery and cultivates a strong client base to achieve fiscal goals. Acts as a brand ambassador through product expertise, elevated service, and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, appearance, and professionalism
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and internal teams to meet client needs

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Strong relationship skills; strategic agility; highly organized; collaborative and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
• Licensed to drive preferred; ability to travel locally or out of state
