Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure gallery fiscal goals are achieved
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client needs
- Travel locally or out of state as needed
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and results oriented with strategic agility
- Collaborative team player
- Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery and stock areas
- Licensed to drive preferred
