Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for interior design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations and grow a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication and professional appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team to meet client needs
- Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery floor and stock room
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
