Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery design consultation by assessing client needs, qualifying prospects for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery teams to grow and maintain a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle brand through elevated service and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Represent the RH brand through professional communication and appearance
- Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education in art architecture or interior design and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Proficiency with Mac OS iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
