Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk in clientele at the Gallery by assessing client needs, qualifying and educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet design needs and exceed client expectations while representing the RH lifestyle brand through professionalism and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base
• Achieve fiscal and sales goals
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Represent the brand through communication and professional appearance
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art Architecture or Interior Design education and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
• Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
