Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery interior design services by assessing client needs, qualifying prospects for RH Interior Design offerings, and guiding clients through the purchase and delivery process to deliver an elevated RH experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, appearance and professionalism
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design team to meet client design needs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
