Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, partnering with RH Interior Design, and managing client relationships through all phases from initial contact to product delivery. Deliver elevated product expertise and represent the RH lifestyle with professionalism and a focus on achieving fiscal goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Represent the RH lifestyle through communication, appearance and professionalism
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team
- Assist with showroom floor and stock room activities including safe handling of items
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design education or relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
- Collaborative and results oriented
