Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the gallery by assessing design needs, collaborating with RH Interior Design, and managing the client experience from first contact through delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the brand through communication, appearance and professionalism
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
- Assist with local and occasional out of state travel related to client needs
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Background in art, architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing
