Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the Gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations and grow a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the brand through professional communication and personal appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
- Maintain interest and knowledge in the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design education and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver throughout the Gallery
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
