Summary
Provide luxury service to RH clientele in the Gallery by assessing needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and guiding projects from initial contact through product delivery. Serve as a brand ambassador, build and maintain client relationships, and support gallery visual and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and appearance
- Support gallery visual presentation and quality standards
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
- Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Background in art, architecture, or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver throughout gallery
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
