Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the Gallery by assessing design needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design and support visual and quality standards while building and maintaining a strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from contact through delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual merchandising and quality standards within the Gallery
• Collaborate with interior design team and other Gallery staff
• Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
• Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around Gallery
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
