Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery design consultation to walk-in clientele, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet client needs and deliver elevated service. Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base and supporting gallery standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base to achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
- Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in Art Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Proficiency with Mac operating system IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
