Summary
Provide luxury client service in the gallery by assessing walk-in clientele needs, collaborating with RH Interior Design, and delivering elevated design solutions. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the RH lifestyle and ensuring fiscal and service goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the RH lifestyle through communication and professional appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client expectations
- Assist with local or out of state travel as needed
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Collaborative and results oriented
- Proficiency with Mac operating system IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
- Licensed to drive preferred
