Summary
Provide luxury interior design consultation to walk in clientele within the gallery, guiding clients through design services and product selection while collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services
- Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and pursue sales goals
- Support gallery visual and quality standards
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Collaborate with internal design teams to meet client needs
- Maintain knowledge of luxury and design industry trends
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Art architecture or interior design background and relevant experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strategic and mental agility
- Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery spaces
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
