Interior Design Consultant

Summary

As an Interior Design Consultant you will provide a luxury experience for RH clientele by assessing walk-in and prospective clients' needs, advising on products and services, and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver complete spaces. You will own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base. This role requires design knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent communication to achieve fiscal goals and represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around the gallery; prolonged standing and physical activity required
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
