Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide elevated, luxury in-gallery design consultation to RH clientele by assessing needs and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated spaces. Own the full client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base. Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication, appearance, and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury experience through product knowledge and elevated service on the Gallery floor
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services and manage all phases of the client journey
• Grow and maintain client relationships and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the Gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
