Interior Design Consultant

Summary

As an Interior Design Consultant in the East Hampton Gallery you will provide luxury service to walk-in clientele, collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated spaces. You will manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, build and maintain client relationships, and work to achieve gallery fiscal goals. The role requires strong design knowledge, presentation skills, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• Relationship-driven, highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around the gallery, travel locally or out of state and licensed to drive preferred
