Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the gallery, helping assess their needs and connect them with RH Interior Design services. They build client relationships and guide the experience from initial contact through product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to clients.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, architecture, or interior design education and relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform physical duties on the gallery floor.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
