Interior Design Consultant

Summary

As an Interior Design Consultant in the RH Gallery you will deliver elevated, client-focused design services by assessing walk-in clientele, partnering with RH Interior Design, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. You will build and maintain client relationships, represent the RH lifestyle, and work to achieve gallery fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team on client projects
• Support gallery visual and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred
• Education or background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong relationship skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on the gallery floor; valid driver’s license preferred
