Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and collaborating with the interior design team to deliver curated solutions and exceptional client experiences. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and representing the RH lifestyle through professionalism and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own the client experience from initial contact through delivery and installation
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or experience in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• People- and relationship-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
