Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery. The role partners with RH Interior Design to meet client needs, build relationships, and guide the experience from initial contact through product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to clients.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Own each phase of the client experience and grow a strong client base.
• Work toward fiscal goals and uphold Gallery visual and quality standards.
• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and appearance.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
