Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery. The role helps clients understand RH Interior Design services, supports their design needs, and builds lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to gallery clients.
• Qualify and educate prospective clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow a client base, achieve fiscal goals, and uphold gallery visual and quality standards.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain an interest in the luxury design industry.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, work on the gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state.
