Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients at the RH Gallery, identifying their needs and presenting relevant products and services. They collaborate with RH Interior Design to deliver a high-quality client experience and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to RH clientele.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong client base while achieving fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, move throughout the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical activities.
• Valid driver's license is preferred; ability to travel locally or out of state.
