Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients at the RH Gallery, helping assess their needs and connect them with RH Interior Design services. They manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building lasting client relationships and supporting Gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and demonstrate expertise in RH products.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally and support visual and quality standards in the Gallery.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds, maneuver throughout the Gallery, and perform physical activities including prolonged standing and bending.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
