Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, qualifying design needs, and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver curated solutions. The role owns the client journey from initial contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base. This position requires product expertise, elevated service, and the ability to achieve fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, luxury service and product expertise to RH clientele on the Gallery floor
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are met
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the RH brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and strategically agile
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around the Gallery, and tolerate prolonged standing; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
