Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultant based in the St. Louis Gallery providing a luxury client experience by assessing walk-in and booked clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver tailored design solutions. The role owns the client journey from initial contact through product delivery, builds and maintains a strong client base, and supports gallery visual and quality standards. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and presentation while achieving fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design to ensure client needs are met
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and meet sales goals
• Support gallery visual merchandising and quality standards
• Represent the RH brand through professional appearance and communication

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver the gallery floor; prolonged standing and physical activity required
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
