Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant delivers elevated service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery. This role helps clients understand RH Interior Design services, supports their design needs, and builds lasting relationships throughout the purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service through product expertise and an elevated client experience.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base while achieving fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, architecture, or interior design education and relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical activities required on the Gallery floor.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver license is preferred.
