Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery, helping them find products and connect with RH Interior Design services. They manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while building lasting relationships and contributing to Gallery goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and demonstrate expertise in RH products and services.
• Assess client needs, qualify and educate potential clients, and collaborate with RH Interior Design.
• Manage the client experience through product delivery and grow a strong client base.
• Work toward fiscal goals and support Gallery visual and quality standards.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain an interest in luxury and design.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities; ability to travel locally or out of state.
