Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to clients visiting the RH Gallery, helping assess their needs and connecting them with RH Interior Design services. The role builds client relationships and guides customers through the experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated service and product expertise to clients.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Develop and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing and related physical activities.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
